PAYMENT:
We accept the following credit cards and payment types: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Sorry, No Personal Checks or C.O.D's.

All kits ship on or around the 15th of each month. Any other orders, non-kit related, please allow 24 - 48 hours to process.

All Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail service with standard value insurance and tracking at a rate of $7.00 per order. Delivery time is estimated to be 1-3 business days depending on the area you live.

*All International orders will ship USPS Global Priority and the rate will be calculated once we receive your order based on the weight of the parcel. If you pay via PayPal, you will receive an invoice with the cost of the kit and the shipping. If this is your first order and you choose to pay via PayPal, you will pay for the merchandise first and then you receive a separate PayPal invoice for the International Shipping. Credit card orders will have the shipping calculated in their Auto-Ship.

All Special Orders, Rush or Large Bulk Orders may have additional shipping charges applied to order depending on shipping conditions.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
Given the nature of our products, we may not always have all items shown in stock. If you order an item that is not readily available, we will notify you via e-mail the expected shipping date. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is shipped.

One Page At A Time is not responsible for typographical errors in specifications, pricing or price change due to supplier pricing. Any brand names and logo used are for description purposes only. All brand names shown are all registered trademarks of their respective owner and/or companies.

One Page At A Time would like to earn your business for life. We understand that although “a picture may be worth a thousand words”, it might not describe a product to your entire satisfaction. One Page At A Time offers 100% refund (excluding shipping fee) on all products returned within 30 days from shipping date on UN-OPENED, UN-USED & RE-SALEABLE products. There will be 20% restocking fee on any returned merchandise. Special orders are not refundable.

In the case that a product is broken during shipment, we ask that you notify us upon receipt (within 5 business days) and we will replace or repair with no cost to you. One Page At A Time or any manufacturer used by One Page At A Time has the right to "replace or repair" depending on the circumstances. We will be happy to send you replacement parts if applicable.

One Page At A Time reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise to determine if returned merchandise was mishandled or damaged by incorrect use or improper handling or use and can refuse any return deemed fraudulent, suspicious or destroyed by improper use.

SALES TAX:
We do not collect sales tax for all orders over state lines. Florida residents: 6.25% Sales Tax will be added to your order.

FRAUDULENT AND SUSPICIOUS ORDERS:
All fraudulent and suspicious orders will be reported to the Internet Fraud Complaint Center (IFCC) and proper government agencies. The Internet Fraud Complaint Center (IFCC) is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C).
