| When are monthly kits made available for purchase?
New kits will be posted and available
the fifteenth of each month. You will have
until the 14th day of each month to
order your kit and any extras.
When do your kits ship?
Monthly
kits ship on or around the 15th day of each
month. We will ship completed kits prior to the 15th of the month if all kits are ready for shipping. All Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. All international orders will ship according to the shipping guidelines listing in our Shipping Policies. Shipping is
not included in kit price. International customers will be sent a separate email with your shipping fees each month. Kits will not ship until shipping fees are paid.
How can I pay for my kit?
You can pay via PayPal or I can charge your debit/credit card monthly.
If you are using a credit or debit card, we will store your credit card information off-line and automatically deduct the monthly amount, including shipping and tax if necessary, from your credit or debit card each month.
If paying via PayPal I will send you a paypal invoice and once it is paid, your kit will ship. Please note that sometimes PayPal emails are sometimes filtered into Junk Mail folders, so please be sure to check that folder if you feel you haven't received your invoice.
Do you allow skipping in a subscription?
We do allow skips. Nine-month subscribers are allowed 3 skips per nine month subscription; six-month subscribers are allowed two skips per six month subscription; three-month subscribers may skip once per 3 month subscription. To skip a month, you must notify us prior to the month in which you are skipping. For example, to skip the September kit, you must notify us by September 10th, via email. Please send the email to info@onepageatatime.com to notify us of your intention to skip the month.
I need to cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription by contacting us at info@onepageatatime.com. You must contact us prior to the last day of the month to cancel shipment for the following month. If you contact us within the same month in which you wish to cease the subscription, we will cancel the subscription IF we have not yet shipped the kit. Sales are final on all shipped kits. Additionally, we will charge the difference for the kit cost if you cancel prior to the end of the subscription. For example, if you decide to cancel your membership, you must notify us by the last day of the month to stop shipment for the following month. If you originally signed up for a six month subscription and must cancel after four months, we will charge your credit card the difference of the subscription price closest to the month you cancel in. (For example, if you signed up for a six month subscription and you cancel after the fourth month, we will charge you the difference between the six month subscription price and the three month subscription price, plus a one-month subscription).
Please note: If you order additional product along with a Monthly kit, by default your entire order will ship on the 15th. This will save you in shipping costs since you will only pay shipping fees once. However, if you would like your additional items to ship immediately, seperate from the Monthly kit, please email us with your request and we will be happy to do so- but keep in mind you would then pay for shipping fees on both shipments!
